Vertical Column Radiators

With their slender style and space-saving design, vertical column radiators are perfect for smaller spaces. Whether you want the vertical radiator in the kitchen, bathroom or any narrow wall space, they can be easily mounted in otherwise unused areas.

Here at UK Radiators, we offer a fantastic selection of sizes, with 2, 3, 4, and 6 column options available. No matter your size requirements, you’ll easily be able to find your perfect radiator. We also have a wide range of colours and designs to choose from too. Vertical column radiators can capture the presence of any empty space and make a statement feature out of any wall.

Stylishly Tall Vertical Column Radiators

Just because they save space, doesn’t mean you have to go for something boring and small. Our stylish and tall vertical column radiators can be a real highlight for any room – especially those without much wall space. Their tall yet fashionable designs feel ultra-modern, while still giving you the same heat output as our horizontal radiators.

Compliment Your Room With Our Vertical Column Radiator Options

No matter what the style of your home decor is, our collection offers a smart but unimposing look that can work in almost all settings. From contemporary designs to vintage and more traditional vertical column radiators, you’ll find it here. Vertical Column Radiators FAQs

At UK Radiators, our radiators come in a variety of finishes and colours. For finishes, we have matt, gloss and raw lacquered metal. The colours we have available are black, white, anthracite and raw metal.

The most important factor is the heat output and ensuring that it is enough for your room. The number of columns won’t impact your radiator's heating efficiency.

The reason we have options with different column numbers is so that there are more height/width options for different heat outputs (and size/type of rooms).

For example, these 3 radiators all have a similar heat output at Delta 50, but take up different wall space and projection in the room.

2 Column 1800mm high x 372mm wide = 1046 Watts at Delta 50.

3 Column 500mm high x 999mm wide = 1064 Watts at Delta 50.

4 Column 300mm high x 1164mm wide = 1046 Watts at delta 50.

When it comes to choosing the size of a vertical column radiator, there are 3 things you need to consider:

1) Heat output: The radiator’s size will affect its heat output, so you'll need to choose something that's appropriate for the size of the room it will be heating.

2) Available wall space: How much room you have to work with will impact your decision. Vertical column radiators generally take up less functional wall space than horizontal radiators, but you'll still need to double-check you have enough room (time to grab the tape measure).

3) Your taste and style: You'll want to choose a radiator size that complements your room’s style as well as your own tastes. Vertical column radiators are available in a wide range of sizes and designs, so you’re bound to find one that suits you.
