Terma specialises in design and the Michelle with its two colour design is no exception - as most bathrooms will have two dominant colours which can both now feature on the towel rail together. Michelle has two upright collectors which are both fully concealed behind a masking cover making the bars appear as if they are floating. The bars are equally spaced all the way down - with a large enough gap to hang towels with ease or dry clothes. The Sparkling Cream colour from Terma has a matt, rough texture finish. The rear brushed brass masking is a matt, smooth texture finish. Michelle can also be fitted as dual fuel - whereby it can run on the central heating in the winter and as electric in the summer. You simply need a Terma heating element and the Terma Integrated Valve with Immersion Tube (no T piece required with this valve) to easily install as dual fuel (780h = 300w, 1200h = 600w element) Michelle features 50mm pipe connections so we suggest matching this with a 50mm H block valve which will provide a neat finish. The Michelle cannot be reversed and has to be fitted the same way as seen in the images - with the masking cover/valve connection on right hand side and the bars protruding out to the left.- Δ30: 669 / Δ40: 931 / Δ50: 1245

Delta (Δ) Ratings Explained
What is a Delta (Δ) Rating?
When discussing heat outputs, the Delta rating is the difference between the temperature of the water inside the heating system and the desired temperature of the room.
What does the value represent?
In simple terms, this value is about heat loss. Heating a room only works, if the radiator output exceeds the heat loss of the room.
We use this calculation to make it easy to choose a radiator that will have a heat output that exceeds the heat loss of the room when connected to your heating system type.

What Delta Rating should I use?
- Δ50 = Gas boilers before 2005 / Oil boilers before 2007.
- Δ40 = Gas boilers after 2005 / Oil boilers after 2007.
- Δ30 = Low temperature systems e.g heat pumps.

BTUs are the unit of measurement used to portray a radiators heat output and a rooms heating requirement. 1 Watt is equal to 3.41 BTUs.
Why are they important?
We buy radiators to heat our homes, right? So, we need a way of knowing if a radiator is powerful enough to heat the room that we are shopping for - Watts and BTUs provide us with a value that makes its easier to compare radiators and ultimately choose the right one for our heating requirement.
