Past Customer Survey Terms and Conditions

The competition is only open to past customers who have completed a transaction on https://ukradiators.com/. The entry email shall be linked to your email which you entered when completing your purchase through our website and there is a limit of one entry per individual into the giveaway. You will be eligible to enter into the Past Customer Survey£500 Amazon Voucher Giveaway by fully completing all questions and tasks in the survey accessed via the "Take the survey" button in this email.

To enter into the giveaway all you need to do is click on the link to enter a chance to win the £500 Amazon Voucher for free as a thank you for choosing us and submit it by following the onscreen instructions. UK Radiators will not accept responsibility for giveaway entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any online platform or internet failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

By submitting a giveaway entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. UK Radiators will not accept competition entries that are automatically generated by computer; completed by third parties or in bulk; or there is a limit of one entry per individual per UK Radiator's Past Customer Survey. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

UK Radiators reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

The £500 Amazon Voucher cannot be returned, exchanged, negotiated or transferred. Winners shall be contacted within 30days of the draw. UK Radiators will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the email address provided with the competition entry. UK Radiators will not amend any contact information once the competition entry form has been submitted.

Insofar as is permitted by law, UK Radiators, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of UK Radiators, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
