We want you to receive your item(s) with speed and efficiency, and if your delivery address is in the UK, it completely free of charge.
When browsing products on our website, you will see the product availability. In stock items will display a lead time such as "1-3 working days". Availability is dependent on the manufacturers stock levels and the information shown can vary. Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure the stock availability refelected is accurate and we use live stock feeds to do this, there is a small delay of up to 15 minutes for stock levels to update and so there may on occasion be discrepancies.
All of our delivery times are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock and there is a known restocking date, then this information is displayed. Occasionally an item may not have a restocking date yet, in this instance if you call us on 0333 006 8227 our team will work to find out an estimated restocking date for you. If you wish to pre-order an out of stock item, you can do so by adding the item to basket and checking out in the normal way. We will then pre-allocate the incoming item(s) and dispatch them to you as soon as we have them.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer international delivery. However, you can place an order for collection and arrange to have a courier of your choice collect the order and delivery it to you.
Checking your items:
As with any deliveries made by couriers, parcels go through multiple transfers at various depots. This can lead to the occasional damaged item and so we ask that when you receive tour order, you inspect the packaging before signing and note any damage when signing for it.

What this means for you:
If your item is faulty or damaged all we ask is that you send us a photo of the problem for our records. We will then collect the item free of charge (or ask you to dispose of it) and replace it or refund you in full. Please note: We cannot accept returns for damaged items if they have been used or fitted in any way, except for by prior arrangement with ourselves.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you may do so free of charge provided that it is returned in the original packaging and has not been fitted or used in any way.
