15. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Complaints
-
The Contract (including any non‑contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.
-
Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of those countries.

16. Installation Services (additional terms)
The following provisions apply where you purchase installation services:
-
Quotations and information – WarmZilla provides fixed‑price quotes based on information you supply. You must ensure all information and photographs provided are accurate; incorrect or misleading information may result in additional charges .
-
Pre‑appointment obligations – You must supply any requested images of the installation area and advise of any access restrictions. Failure to provide requested information may delay your appointment or incur a redelivery charge .
-
Site access and permissions – You must provide free and safe access to your property, including water, gas (where applicable) and electricity. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions (e.g., landlord consent or planning permission). If technicians cannot gain access on the agreed date, a call‑out charge may apply .
-
Scope of work – Installation services are offered in three levels.
-
Straight Swap Installation – A straight swap involves replacing your existing radiator with a new one of similar size and type, meaning no changes to your existing pipework are needed. Our engineer will remove your old radiator, fit the new one in its place and ensure it is fully secured, filled and tested. This is a hassle‑free way to refresh your heating without any major work.
-
Adjusted Swap Installation – If you are upgrading to a radiator of a different size or style, we will carry out minor pipework adjustments to ensure a perfect fit. This may involve extending or repositioning pipework slightly to align with the new radiator’s fittings. Once installed we will test the system to ensure everything works efficiently and that your room heats evenly.
-
Brand New Installation – Where you are adding a radiator in a room or area where there was not one before, we will fit the radiator and install all necessary pipework to connect it to your existing heating system. Our engineers will assess the best route for new pipes, carry out the work neatly, and leave you with a fully operational radiator. This option is ideal for extensions, conversions or under‑served spaces.
-
Significant pipework alterations beyond these defined services or specialist access equipment may incur additional costs, which will be discussed with you in advance .
-
Delays and rescheduling – WarmZilla may reschedule your appointment due to circumstances beyond its control and is not liable for losses arising from such delays .
-
Warranty – Installation work is covered by WarmZilla’s 12‑month workmanship warranty. Any issues arising from installation should be reported to WarmZilla.
-
Liability – UK Radiators is not liable for installation services. Any installation‑related claims should be addressed to WarmZilla. Your statutory rights against the Installation Provider are unaffected .
